Cade's dedication

We had a baby dedication for Cade on November 10, 2013.  It was really special for us because a lot of our family and friends were there to support us.  We know that these are the people that pray for us, pray for Cade, and will help guide us as we seek to raise Cade to know the Lord.  

9 months

Sweet Cade is 9 months old!  It is hard to believe that in 3 short months, he will be a year old!  Crazy!  I guess I better start planning his birthday party!  He now has almost 6 teeth; he is crawling like crazy, pulling up, walking with a push toy, babbling all day long.  

It is getting harder and harder to get a picture of him that isn't blurry because he is constantly moving!

I refinished some furniture recently.  We have been needing a new coffee table and end tables BADLY.  I decided to paint the ones we had.  Here is the before:

Ben's cousin, Mike, his wife, Teresa, and daughter, Kirklyn came to visit.  We had such a great time with them, and we are so thankful for such wonderful family!

Mama C's visit in July

This post has been a long time coming (2-3 months), but with Cade being much more mobile now, I am super busy which I know all you moms understand!  Mama C (Ben's mom) came to visit in July.  It was such a sweet time, and Cade loved getting some time with her since we don't see her as often.

7 & 8 months

Our little boy is growing up WAY to fast!  I know everyone warns you that it goes by fast, but it truly, truly does.  I am trying to cherish every moment with this babe!  Here is one picture from 7 months and then more from 8 months.  It is hard to get a shot without him moving!

He is crawling, pulling up, walking while holding on to furniture, babbling away (gaga, dada, yaya)....so many new and fun things.  I know before we know it, he will be walking.  He is getting three teeth on the top currently.  He is such a fun age!

Playing catch up

The end of summer has been very busy, hence, now I am playing catch up.  Cade & I were able to travel to Rock Hill and then Virginia Beach to visit family.  He was able to see his great-grandma again, and boy, did she love him!
